Founded in New York City in 2019, Rosewood Theatre emerged from a simple belief: that the erotic—when approached with consciousness and care—is not something to hide, but something that can awaken vitality, intimacy, and creativity in human life.
Rosewood was created as a home for remembering. A gathering place for those who feel the call to explore, express and celebrate parts of themselves that long to be awakened. A home for a new cultural renaissance where desire and human connection meet again.
Our community is made up of artists, patrons, explorers, lovers, and seekers of deeper experience. They are individuals who understand that the body holds intelligence, that presence is a form of devotion, and that the arts has the power to awaken what modern life has dulled.
