Artist Benefits
Freedom & Flexibility — There are no fixed schedules. Arrive and leave whenever you choose, and work as little or as often as you wish.
Keep 100% of Your Earnings — You retain all gratuities and payments you receive. Because our Management and staff are paid above-average wages, Artists are not required to tip them out.
Personal Agency — Artist are in charge of their space, body and time. Every Artist is encouraged to establish and confidently communicate their own boundaries.
Semi-Private Experiences — Instead of traditional private rooms, Rosewood offers elegant semi-private spaces.
Elegant Dress Code — Our dress code is elevated cocktail attire.
Optional Performance — Performances are never required. Our stage is available to all artists at all levels anytime outside of scheduled and featured performances.
Creative & Collaborative Opportunities — We have a variety of performance opportunities that range from stage, pole, Lyra, artistic, wellness focused and immersive. If you have a skill or passion you would like to share—whether in performance, creative, or something entirely unique—we welcome your vision and may hire you to bring it to life.
