As embodiments of both beauty and intellect, our Artists share spirited conversations in the sanctuary of our lounge, and in the embrace of semi-private dance areas, they weave stories with their movements.

ARTISTS are in charge

Embodying the essence of the Rosewood Theater, each Artist steps into a realm of authority. Here, amidst the sacred dance of freedom and control, every muse is a sovereign of her own space and body. The journey unfurls in harmony, where both patrons and Artists share our House Rules. Within these agreements, our Artists create their own boundaries that honor themselves while embracing the art of guest connections. In other words, you are in charge of you - always.

EMPLOYMENT PERKS

• Freedom & Flexibility - No fixed schedules—arrive and leave whenever you'd like. Work as little or as much as you wish.

• Full Earnings - You keep 100% of your money. Dances are $20 for three minutes.

• Clear Boundaries - We have a strict no sex, no drugs, no drama, no aggressive behavior policy.

• Diversity Celebrated - Rosewood is home to a wide range of unique, empowered individuals.

• Lucrative Semi-Private Rooms - We don’t have traditional private rooms. Our semi-private spaces pay $300 per 30 minutes.

• Fair Admission - Artists pay a nightly admission between $80–$120. The earlier you arrive, the less you pay. Most models pay reduced admission by earning admission credit for referring new guests and models.

• Elegant Dress Code - Upscale cocktail attire only—no traditional stripper wear.

• Stage Optional - Pole/lyra/stage dancing is not required. All Artists who choose to perform on stage or anywhere in the space earn admission credit.

• Tip Policy - Management and staff are paid above average, we do not require Artists to tip out venue staff.

• Creative & Collaborative Opportunities - If you have a skill or passion you'd like to share—whether it's performance, healing, photography, design, or something unique—we welcome your vision and may hire you to bring it to life.
